Brian, It would make sense for Ingram to buy INEL...they would increase their size significantly at a bargain price. One recent article stated that INEL would be worth about $4 without XLCT. I did a little research , comparing the valuations of other resellers and concluded that $4 would be fair, but definitely on the low side of the range.

I do wonder if any deal will be delayed until after the IRS ruling on XLCT.
