BEWARE OF VENTURE CAPITAL OUT OF FLORIDA Kemp, What ever the excuses are doesn't matter. Nice guy or not he cost me $1,800.00 personal funds in 24 hrs and I think they stink. You may be friends with them, or you may be be one of them. I have no way of knowing but when I loose that quick I'm no longer interested. Venture Capital is a typical "PUMPER" - they could care less if the company they represent is legit, making or losing money as long as they get paid. I mean, after all, that is their job - to pump up the price, right?
