I think the main reason is this stock was never split. The price of
BRK.A is already 5 digits. Can it go to 10 digits? If so, how can
the newspaper prints the price of the stock in the same column with
the prices of other stocks are just at most 3 digits?

The number of stock flowing among the market should be increased
to avoid being controlled by a small number of people. The splitting
can help a lot of people to be able to access the stock otherwise
less and less investors can afford it as the price goes up. How
many of you can buy a share of stock which sells for a price of
10 digits (if one day it really reach 10 digits)?

The annual meeting is coming. May be we should raise the question
and force WEB to split the stock. 5 to 1 split may be reasonable at
this level.
