I'm uncertain about the interest rate move - I've heard alot of speculation about it, but there seems to be no indication of inflation and the US wants to keep things as smooth as possible because of the other shakey markets trying to make a comeback, ie: the Asian markets, etc. Those markets really need stability to get back in the game and I think the Fed is aware of that. I looked at the Nasdaq requirements you provided. Being on the small cap Nasdaq would not be so bad, but somehow I think the BII management was shooting for the board when they started this company and figure they will do everything it takes to make the grade. Hope they have a few aces up their sleeves !! Bringing out good financials for 1998 4th quarter will get them going in the right direction.
