Executone Information Systems' Sentinel
Product Receives Product of The Year
Award from 'CTI Magazine'
MILFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 1999--Executone Information Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:XTON -
news), announced that Sentinel, a computer telephony management application, has received a ''Product of the
Year Award'' for 1998 from ''CTI Magazine.'' Sentinel received the top honor in the ''Call Center, Workforce
Management'' category.
Sentinel is a unique computer telephony management application designed to improve the effectiveness of
inbound call centers. Integrating with Executone's powerful Eclipse-based ACD features, Sentinel is specifically
designed to display and report on the skills-routing functionality provided by the Executone Eclipse computer
telephony platform. Monitoring call center activity in real time and generating historical reports, Sentinel
provides a window into a call center's operations. Using Client/Server technology, Sentinel blends easily with
other Windows-based applications at the call center supervisor's desktop.
