Pat: A parent subsidiary or Corporate affiliation occurs when 10% or more ownership exists by one entity in the other. An entity holding 49% ownership excersises effective Control over the Affiliate.
A cursory scan of the last Annual does not show IronBridge as an NN
affiliate. Any reasons.

Further, in the case of the other Affiliates mentioned in the Annual, does it mean that NN has effective control of those mentioned.
