<<Did you know that Office 98 for Macintosh does not come with the full version of Outlook?>>

I have a training vendor who trains our users both on Mac and PC. He is quite adept at Outlook, but..suprise! He was unable to find anyone who sells Outlook98 for the Mac and so had difficulty learning its nuances to train out users. We eventually helped him out.

SECRET: You get the full version of Outlook98 for Mac with the Outlook Server CD for NT 4.0.

Apparently, if you do not run an Outlook server, you don't get the Mac client.

Also, the Mac version of Outlook still misses some features of the PC version and is a bit clunky (you cannot import address books from other mail systems in the Mac version. You cannot import into PC version of Outlook and then import to the Mac client either! Frustrating!)
