Dear Steve,

I believed today that I should have gotten a fill on a short sale on the NASDAQ. The inside bid increased to or above my limit price. I call my broker inquiring about a possible late confirmation and he says no he is pretty sure I was not filled. I ask why I was not filled and he checks his time and sales. Therein lies the problem. His quotes are completely different than the real time that I saw and the delayed that I reviewed via "live charts". Also the delayed charts don't seem
to be consistent with the quotes he gave me. How can this be resolved?
Is there an official time and sales at the end of the day that can be appealed to?

TIA,
Joe
