Intergold Corporation Files to Become
Fully Reporting

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- On behalf of the Board of Directors,
Intergold Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: IGCO - news; ''the Company'') announces that on
February 26, 1999 the Company filed Form 10-SB for Registration of Securities of Small Business
Issuers with the Securities and Exchange Commission in application to become fully reporting under
Section 12(b) or (g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Through the Company's subsidiary, ''International Gold Corporation'' the Intergold Corporation is
exploring a large mineralized prospect in the State of Idaho -- the Blackhawk I Gold Project, which
is comprised of 321 contiguous unpatented lode mining claims in Lincoln County, Idaho.
