Yang...thought people who want to use the internet have to register w. the government too. Does this occur at the banks and post offices? What's your opinion of the recent dissident crack downs? You never addressed my questions regarding how exaggerated or hyped claims can be counter productive, since by your own admission regarding your current post this ISP is NOT the the "AOL" of China as WSRG says this jv's ISP "may be". Plus you never addressed whether you felt GTCI would be better off by building a better website than simply promoting its stock. You do agree that GTCI's web page isn't very informative or professional looking...don't you? Sincerely, ztect
