After watching Thomson's I-Watch for several weeks, I would say in the short term that the market reaches to make these institutional trades. Predicitively I can be pretty accurate to say that if there is a lot of buy interest at a 1/2 point lower and no sell interest, then the market will be there to make the trade. Maybe not that low, but usually close to it. Mainly traders are intested in trades and doing what it takes to make them happen. The same is true when selling. Prices will move up to get that trade.

So far the only thing I have been able to do with it consistently is if institutional trading percentage is high you can pretty well predict the value of the stock in the next 10 or 15 minutes. I'm sure there is more.
