Have no clue why the price is so low, but it sure looks like a good way to own shares in a big retailer without spending too much.

On a lighter note (as in ROFLOL!), we can assume the price is low because some people didn't like the looks of the security guard the last time they visited the store. Also suggest these people write to the store's management instead of sounding so bearish on this board. That alone might make the price go up two points!!
