That confirms my guess about the status. Oh well, we all know what
assholes insurance companies are. They won't pay out a dime until they have to. I was kinda hoping that having the rig there at $12K
a week would add a little advantage to our negotiating strength. Oh
well, that's one bill that is going to keep on running.

Kinda looks like a good time to average down!!!!

On a slightly more focused side: There are still the two formations
that we went through on the way to the Ellenburger. If things get bogged down in court, I would think that we would pull back and develop those two zones to start paying back well costs.
