That is mine, yours and most people on this thread basic error.

The arguement is:
1. Tech stocks are not trading on fundamentals. (much as we may like them to.) They are priced on emotions. (imo)
2. Therefore, the fundamentals are not relevant to their prices
3. Therefore, the stocks can (and have) recovered even if the basic businesses are "cash black holes"

All this is my opinion of course
