Stefan a good source for information is Bev at ANMR phone 800-476-0569 She can send you an investors packgage which contains that information, Or she may know herself and can tell you over the phone. The comapany has undergone restructure and the forms are complex with details of the restructure which complicates this issue. For long term investors the news is out several months and is a non issue. Unless the merger fails and it will be a Hot issue. Good luck and don't forget the 10Q will be available in 3 or 4 days..which hopefully will be easier to understand than the previous one. I am very happy to see you digging information out and helping us figure this trade out...please share your findings. luis
