comments:

1. i have deep respect for those in medicine esp those in neonatal as a very close family member briefly required care - so my thoughts are with the physicians and nurses working for pdx

2. its a shame the way patient and doctors are treated by insurance companies who often determine level of medical treatment - this should be determined by physician/patient team..

3. its also a shame if somein business of running medical companies
focus on billing (no implications here)

4. all that said - these publicized audits, esp those impacting A/R generally have significant neg. impact on earnings.

5. item 4 coupled with zero tangible book value have potential significant negative implications on share price.
