Jay, I just get the feeling that upgrades in down markets are used to unload. I mean, VECO had an upgrade by Soundview I believe not to long ago. It got the stock back up to 48-49 and then back down to lower lows. Will we see the same here???? LOng term I think we are OK, but short term is my concern. Mark
