SAP/R3 on Linux Since November 98 it was well-known that SAP is porting the standard software SAP/R3 on Linux. Now there is following the next logical step. On the CeBIT SAP will officially announce a Linux version of R3 and demonstrate it. Distribution: third quarter 99. SAPs NT version of R3 is generally considered as milestone to success of Windows NT as Server operating system. heise.de According to my opinion further messages from SAP will come at the CeBIT-fair.
