Roy, The GEC bid points out the one flaw in technical analysis- it cannot take into account fundamental news that drops out of nowhere, good or bad, that impacts a stock... AFCI looks to be the last major DLC manufacturer standing out there - is that correct?

Also looking at the analysts' estimates pricewise for AFCI in 1999, I'm trying to relate it to the Reltech bid....
