I'm not sure I understand your alternative(s) or how they coincide or differ from these:

1) Do nothing and support management.

2) Vote proxies against management & family.

3) Pursue criminal trail and prosecution.

4) Cash in shares now.


I guess I'm similarly not clear on your sense of the "probable outcome". I would like to weigh the scope of your expectations.

Management is frequently the single most important determining factor in the success or failure of a company. Personally, I feel there is a slim chance this company will survive due to the extent of its wounds, and that the legal fees may be futile. Yet I've spent enough time in the medical field, in business, in achieving the occasional "seemingly impossible", and in surviving two plane crashes, that I am also keenly aware that it's not over until it's over.

So, I would like to understand another option.
