I agree with average, I just wanted to point out that there are many, many brokers who we have trained over the last 12 years who are total craftsmen in this method. Since they cannot advertise they tend to remain obscure but their out there and increasing every day. It does break my heart to see brokers who for what ever reason choose not to attempt to be the best they can at their craft but the net will eventually weed those out. The broker who cannot bring value to the table in todays environment will eventually find his way to the internet service desk. Tom Dorsey
