Time and Sales should be dead on. Its the time the mm reports the trade to the tape, to the NASDAQ. That is usually perfect. I have seen times and sales across many quote services, usually dead on. Bad quotes (delayed) quotes are a big problem for online internet traders. Most of the day they are fine, may be a tick or so behind, nothing substantial. Yet at the opens or on crazy days, internet quotes could be 4 minutes behind. you are seeing at 1/8 offered and little do you know its alrady 1/4 bid. I think many of our clients like to take the two seconds to get a real quote. We use lan-based systems and have the nasdaq workstation, the "bible" of quotes, times and sales. /
