Glenn,
Outside of TA (P&F doesn't project time), I would say that tax time is an important factor. I have seen weakness in stocks that I follow in the last few weeks of March and this has often been attributed to selling to pay for taxes. Don't know how true that is, but it makes sense to me. A WAG would be beginning of April. But I ain't no guru so I wouldn't base my investment decisions on that.
