Question about rates. -- I'm fairly new to this VoIP stuff -- Does anyone know a good source for cheap PC-to-Phone rates for US to US calls? Everything that I find (IDT, etc) seems to be in the 10-15 cents/min range. I can do better than this using my regular old MCI account. Overseas rates, on the other hand, appear to be very competitive. Is there some gov. regulation causing this? Why do US to US calls seems so expensive? Thanks for any info, Harp
