THis is supposed to be a turnkey well, is it not? We should not be paying extra for the rig sitting there. I would think that would be the responsibility of the drilling contractor. We have to suffer because we cannot get to the gas as long as the pipe is stuck in the hole. I'm sure that there have been progress payments but unless the well is satisfactorily completed we would have recourse for those payments. THe rig sitting there is between the driller and his insurance-I hope.
