You are going to be proven wrong concerning inflation. The world is awash in oil, Iraq is pumping a trickle of what they can, Russia has vast reserves, The Saudi's are letting western oil companies back in after throwing them out decades ago. The only inflation that we could see near term could be wage inflation, as the Asia recovers we will have our competition back, plus productivity gains to date have just scratch the service, those two items will keep wage inflation down. The Bond market is all wet, what needs to be done is the FED and everyone else has to get use to greater growth, it will happen, it will take time to see the numbers though. Greg
