Spidey is too cowardly to continue discussing AZNT on this thread and has resorted to PMs. He just sent me one that said "the purgery motion was bs & dismissed, the extension was denied." First of all, let's look at the exact words the DTC's lawyer used: Because the current briefing schedule requires DTC to file its proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law on the preliminary injunction motion by February 26, 1999, DTC further requests the court to stay the briefing schedule until after the hearing on DTC's emergency application. So, the only reason the DTC wanted the extension was so they could present their new irrefutable purjury evidence on the 26th prior to their findings. Did the judge grant the extension? The answer to that is, by definition, related to whether the judge granted the DTC's motion to present recordings of Sylver's calls to the DTC that contradict what Sylver said under oath: YES! Even Spidey admits to the hearing taking place that day. Was the perjury information dismissed? NO! It was ordered to be entered into evidence. Once again, Spidey is proven to be an absolute liar and not to be trusted under any circumstances. - Jeff
