The UB spinoff is more than rumor --- Tandem has stated this intent in prior announcements. With 400m in sales, the UB division is probably worth $5 to $8 of Tandem's share price alone!! That leaves the rest of Tandem (approx $1.8 billion in sales after taking away the UB numbers) sitting there at a few bucks --- thus, one of the many reasons why I felt this stock was a value steal at $10. I still believe it is a value steal at $13, probably great value at up to $20 or higher.
