As I stated earlier, I noticed ACAR in IBD with an earnings per share growth rank of 98 and yet only a relative price strength of 2. A/D rating of D also. This was as of 2/5/97. My impression is that earnings must be there somewhere. Obviously, and perhaps what you addressed, there is something beating up this company. Do you or anyone reading this have any idea what the projected earnings are? You're right about Mercury Financial, but they just plain lied about everything. I'm just thinking that if earnings are still half way decent for ACAR, a small position at $2 would be worth the chance.

Thanks for your thoughts, MJS.
