re:Jerry Sanders is not a buffoon. How anyone who has been able to muster a credible challenge to one of the greatest enterprises ever created gets dismissed so easily is beyond me. IMO, he is a buffoon. Ultimately, a CEO's performance should be measured by stockholder appreciation. AMD's stock performance over the past many years has been dismal in a bull market. A lot of that, imo, is due to Jerry's arrogant strategy of taking on Intel at all costs. A different strategy, and AMD's stock price would be much higher today. Also, I think it gets much worse for AMD here on out. I expect takeover rumours to abound by late in the year. joey
