Good point, Peter. Would it be off-topic to list some other detractors from value to go with "regained rights" and "floorless convertible" and "offshore placement"? How about back-loaded deals financed by milestones way down the road, low levels of cash, history and lineage of companies.... BTW, what is the source of the "mired in blood" poem? Sounds like Macbeth.
