Mark, No idea why virtually no volume before noon. It seemed as if some buying came in at 16 3/4 and 16 7/8. Next thing I see is bid falls back to 16 1/2, from 16 3/4. Then along comes a 64,800 trade at 16 5/8. There certainly wasn't any selling to drop bid, so perhaps an institution getting shares cheaper. I have a call into Sandy, she was in NY at the Goldman Sachs presentations and is supposed to be back in office later today. Dave
