Ken, Unlike other backdoors....BANY has shown a tendency to spin off shares as a dividend....... Perhaps they might think that their shareholders would like another stock dividend?...he he....you just never know. If AI shares are valued at 50% through BANY......It would seem like a cool idea.....Don't you think? BANY has always been rather shareholder friendly. bg
