CYOE--Anthony and NYBellBoy--Loans aren't assets. Inventory isn't saleable IMHO. What are the true value of their "acquisitions"? Don't they have an obligation to clarify their $10,000,000 loan release? Don't you think in reality CYOE is under the NASDAQ listing requirements? Richard
