I think it means that EASDAQ will wait before it decides. I'm not surprised that EASDAQ chose to wait at least until the Nasdaq hearing on Mar. 4. They take a risk of looking bad if they decide one way and the NASD goes the other. I think it's a safe bet that both exchanges come up with the same decision.
