James, as I'm sure you know, licensing alone probably would amount to roundabouts 30 cents per platter. That's all I count on when I try to make projections. On the other hand KM is so cheap to apply that simple logic suggests something close to 100% market penetration. Trying to be ultra conservative in my projections ..both in revenues and shares outstanding, PMG sure is assuming a mighty high immediate share price when the convertibles join the float - and conservative because I really like most of the inevitable surprises to be pleasant ones ... I assume about $1.50 per share from KM by 2000 + about the same from other business efforts. Now if a market wide bear is then in force, that would probably bring a rock bottom PE of 10, and a share price of 30. From these levels to 30 in 3.5 years would still be a return of better than %45 per year. Greater earnings and/or higher valuations - could be MUCH higher valuations, as Carson mentioned and as you have often mentioned - well then, look out above!
Repeating an old tune, my experience of withering waits with truly excellent cheap stocks makes me avoid options and margin like the plague. I want time completely on my side - but that's just me. I sure wish you and Mary Beth and Hugh and all others who employ those devices the best of luck. May your timing be as fine as your judgement in equities. You've got a dandy here.
