NVE Rights offering. To be pegged at $0.40/unit. Offer not good in the USA. So, where do I apply to become a Canadian? They're trying to raise lots of cash and have one month to do so from existing shareholders, which is generally preferable to going outside. In the past this sort of announcement would have been posted here by Paul Gast. His conspicuous absence for some time makes me wonder if his former association with NVE is still in existence.
