is that, there is *no* share price set, at which, the "$387,500 (U.S.) in company shares" is to be paid out at. At todays close price, assuming $1.50(CAN.)/$1.00(U.S.), near enough, that would be approx. 900,000 shares. It would be very easy in this market to have the share price go even lower.
