Bob,
No, you're not going to get away that easily. You see, you mentioned CSCO's "fair value" at $50-$65...but you fail to tell us why you feel this way. On what do you base this perspective....? Past earnings, PE, revenue acceleration, technicals, what???
As Eric points out Cisco is at the headwaters of a huge change the likes of which this world hasn't seen since the industrial revolution. THis technology or perhaps better said "internet revolution" is going to change everything...how we work, how we learn, how we entertain ourselves, how we place telephone calls, how we shop, EVERYTHING. Cisco is delivering the infrastructure to make this happen. The build out here in the U.S. has started....we haven't even begun in many countries outside of the US and Europe. The connected world is connected via IP and Cisco is setting the standards and delivering the products that make it all happen. Competitors will come in and steal some of the winnings, but make no mistake, companies like CISCO and LU/ASND will take the largest pieces of this multi-billion dollar pie...maybe even trillions by the time we reach market maturity.
