I guess my whole thought on the recent QNTM news is this:

The sum of the parts are greater than the whole.

I think that this tracking stock will be a boost for current shareholders and will result in some significant gains for two reasons: 1) I currently believe that the stock is undervalued without splitting at even today's close (19) and 2) when these split you will get the benefit that comes from evaluating the enterprise value of each individual business group.
