Arthur, the stock is solid. We just need news. The company hasn't put out anything exciting in awhile and the traders have exited. The long term players should be amply rewarded. The company is still indicating that they believe they can wrap up both Phase II and III financing this month. If that occurs, .75 will be but a dim memory. RCJIII
