Is this stock under accumulation ?

It looks like someone bought something like 20,000 shares on Friday (the equivalent to 400,000 pre-split shares !!!!) and 7,200 shares today (the equivalent to 144,000 pre-split shares !!!)

Now that's only around $40,000, but why would anyone throw that kind of money into this thing ?

Any ideas ?
