Small caps will not outperform in this bull market. They are dead and have been dead for quite sometime. Now if you get a BBB (big bad bear) market and a lot of people see their big caps cut down to size for and extended period of time, then the small caps will get a second chance as people may choose try something different. Otherwise why would anyone leave DELL to buy MUEI or leave AMAT to buy CYMI? The big caps need to sell off and stay down for a few months (more like a year) before the small caps rise again. just my opinion Sun Tzu
