Dear Mr. Hite:

I have not posted on the Veronex thread for over week.
I had no intention post again anytime soon. I am only responding to your post.

I have no interest in your company, and this disinterest was further
enforced by your messages and methods.

I have no position in your company long or short. My only reasons
for posting on this thread were the reasons I gave, particularly the
use of a stock promoter who had made outrageous claims regarding
other companies and your association with some of those other companies.

I have further questioned Ted Dennis, whose opinions I respect, regarding y2k solutions. Many of those questions dealt with what can
be perceived as hyped statements regarding the quality of your
product as the "best" y2k solution. This "best" statement does not concur with Mr. Denis's review.

Therefore, my suggestions remain to you as the same. THough I realize you'll most likely disregard them, I'll pose them to you none the less.

1). I was new to the board, and ideally you'd also like to attract other newbies. Thus you should include a disclaimer identifying yourself and your postion in VXTK and not assume people know who you are. keep this disclaimer on a note pad and simply cut and paste it to each and everyone of your post w. a contact number and email address.

2). Drop the inquest. Don't make any assumptions about other poster's positions. Whether they are long or short is immaterial. You're better off building your company up, rather than trying to tear other people down. Plus refering people to a web site generated by the company doesn't provide "facts" as you so claim. Since you are the
CEO, you should provide insights and "facts" that you can answer w/o violating SEC regs w/o having to refer people anywhere. You should readily have this knowledge on the "tip of your tongue" especially as it pertains to business strategy. Those questions you can't answer, you should defer to some one in your company who can. You can simply record questions and then post answers. This would be much more beneficial than any of the methods of interaction you have hitherto demonstrated.

3). Drop the personal insults and name calling. This is specifically a violation of "terms of use". I will over look the post to which I'm responding. But if my post to you is reacted to with more vitriol, I will report both the old and new post to the SI administration and you again will be suspended if not terminated. Now as per point 2, you are again better off by building your company up rather than trying to tear people down. Your attacks and suspicions IMO reflect poorly both upon you AND your company. Therefore, try to be a bit more prudent.

Anyway, those are my suggestions. Take them or leave them.

Sincerely,

ztect
