I do not think it is very important to know who is buying through such or such broker, because anybody can buy from more than one broker and sell through another one. In its way to 1.00 and eventually to 3.00, a lot of brokers will be involved and blocks of 50k will seem peanuts at these levels. The more the stock will go up, the more volume it will generate.
