Lest we forget the burden placed upon us by the idiots:

"On April 23, 1998, the Registrant issued...., in repayment of loans, including interest, to the corporation, 1,481,497 shares of common stock valued at $0.20 per share to one Canadian individual, one United Kingdom corporation and three Bahamian corporations,in Regulation S transactions. In addition to the issuance of common stock, as part of the repayment, the four corporations received warrants to purchase an additional 1,446,281 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.40 a share, exercisable for a period of two years from issuance. " (Svsy)

My emphasis:

I will shortly investigate this matter more fully, the beneficial connections these offshore corporations have with existing and former principals and associates of SVSY. I will examine the extent by which these same companies were used to attain seed stock in svsy. I plan to report my preliminary findings to pertinent tax authourities, as it relates to taxation avoidance. And I will detail the extent by which there was an illegal distribution of stock in Svsy.

I will file a preliminary report, no later than Monday.
