Open letter to: Mr. John Woods. editor of Canada Stockwatch

I feel I have to complement Stockwatch on its technical ability. I follow Fenway Resource's daily trading on your site and find it to be the best source for accurate, timely updates.

Up until recent history, I admired O.J.Simpson. He was a great athlete, personality, and entertainer/spokesman. Today he is a pariah, deservedly , because he has committed a horrible crime! He is also responsible for exacerbating race relations in the USA perhaps ultimately a greater crime. He could redeem himself by admitting his crime and try to correct the chasm he has created in race relation.

Why bring up this case? Because I see a parallel with you. I believe you have committed a crime when you added a heading to a Fenway release which was knowingly offensive to the indigenous people with whom Fenway was negotiating.. I believe you either seek personal financial gain or are abetting individuals who seek to benefit from a drop in Fenway's stock. I don't know the laws of the VSE , but I feel you should at the least be publicly reprimanded for altering a Fenway release.

Like O.J. you have committed a greater sin than financial gains. By seeking to discredit Fenway you have created a rift between the people of Canada and people of Philippines. You have played a "race card" which compounds your sin. The people on the internet who attack Fenway suggests that Fenway lies, misleads, and lack sensitivity. Those same individuals who do not now condem you lose their moral arguments.

I believe that Fenway has been truthful in their releases, and that they have been working with the indigenous people in a sincere and thoughtful way. If not, there are legal means of addressing the problems. While your actions have produced a rightful indignation on behalf of the indigenous people, sincere thoughtful negotiations by all the parties will lead to benefits for all. Therefore I believe that shareholders like myself will benefit as well. More importantly, win or lose I can look into my mirror without a feeling of shame, how can you ?
