Tracking; Signal mixed but would hold short position at least
until I could see what tomorrow does.

Head up just a tad, but tail caused most of the small gain,
and volume was not strong enough to make me belive there
is going to be any big upsurge, I'm leaning towards more
down side.

I'm not sure how these very short term signals will work
out fund trading, looks easy enough with the Q when it
starts, but I think I'd rather get to the point I could
swing in and out of UOPIX & USPIX.
