If I new when the news would be exactly coming; I would be considered an insider. All the company has told me; Conference call after the close on Tuesday. Everything else until the company issues a PR is strictly rumor. I have yet to be able to verify everything, but one thing is for certain; the stock keeps going up and we have seen record volume over the past week in CRNC. The rest is sure speculation. I have read on other message boards on the net: 1. The deal is huge. (100 million) 2. No share dilution. 3. News after the close Tuesday. 4. Numerous PRs on Tuesday. We will all be waiting anxiously. By the way the stock is trading; I don't think they are going to go down on this news. Just My Opinion
