Good Evening Everyone - Its been a while since I took a few minutes to stop and say hello - it seems that my late night, blurried eye postings here on SI weren't as appreciated as much as my spelling errors, so I had to make sure I was wide awake when I posted! As a Heartsoft shareholder who owns nearly 1 million shares first, and CEO of the company second, I would have to say that I support the concept of ordering out certificates to reduce the borrowing ability of market makers. I've played this game with these people for a long time and I know the ease at which they can profit from our efforts and I, for one, would like to see the situation reversed. Today we ordered a complete shareholder list from ADP which will show every single share of stock held and number of holders of record. Within a day or so we will order a DTC list which will show the amount of stock held in street name. Between the two, I suspect we will see a SIGNIFICANT short position - and trust me the MMs don't want US to know. Paul's posting was nearly perfect in its summary of the MM strategies to profit from our stock - they have the right to do so - but their right is based upon the fact that most companies and 99.99% of the shareholders never know what they are up to -- So lets play the game with both sides aware of the rules and turn ignorance into knowledge! I will keep everyone filled in on the status of the "Discovery" within the boundaries of the law as to what we can say publicly. But, if there is a substantial short position, then we will develop a corporate strategy to level the playing field for the protection of our shareholders.
